Intro to the Act
Act 5: Mail Delivery Service is the fith Act in Chapter 3:Subcon Forest in A Hat in Time, it is only available after Hat Kid finds The Snatcher's trap and sign his contract and you can only compleat the Act if you have the Sprint Hat.
Plot
Hat Kid is finds The Snatcher wearing a Mailman Hat, he explain that he stole mail to give to his hanchman so they fell like someone cares about them, he gives Hat Kid a rental badge that let her use a scoter that shot mail to deliver to all of the Snatcher's Hanchman.
